Our real estate debt team originates and invests directly in a wide range of real estate opportunities in Chile and the US.

In addition to managing Private Funds, we originate local and US real estate private debt for third parties, whether mandates and/or third-party funds.

Our Real Estate Debt team focuses on directly originating loans using our extensive relationships with various real estate owner-operators, sponsors and brokers. We seek to provide flexible financing across the capital structure of a potential borrower. While we focus on first-party transactions, we also selectively pursue secondary market acquisitions and club/syndicated transactions.

Our investment team has the experience of investing in a variety of real estate-backed debt (i) in strong markets, (ii) with strong competitive positioning and (iii) controlled by experienced sponsorship teams, execution of business plans of value added. We primarily target major property types, including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, lodging and senior properties, and selectively consider hospitality, mixed-use, self-storage, exclusive/occupied use by owner, specialized use and student housing.
